I truly enjoy my ability to connect with and provide support for clients, reliably and with continuity of purpose yet relaxed and with a somewhat informal approach (as professionally possible) in order to increase accessibility and improve the quality of the lived experience for my clients and families holistically.
Personally, I have in excess of 17 continuous years of lived experience from my time growing up within a family home dynamic which included a primary carer with complex mental health needs and later lived experience of 10 years from Domestic Violence and I am a survivor.
Professionally, I commenced my support work professionally in 2004 in Sydney working with the Domestic and Transport areas for aged and vulnerable persons.
Within the NDIS from 2019 I have thoroughly enjoyed working with NDIS participants to support their defined goals and to ensure that the tasks of Daily of Living are carried out consistently and with the highest levels of quality and care.
